Hack Guide for R4i Card, Sky3DS+ and 3DS CFW on 2DS XL/N3DS V11.5.0

It’s not impossible and even can be pretty easy to hack 2DS XL/3DS/NEW 3DS V11.5.0 to play free games or more other things. Want to get more knowledge of how to hack on 3DS firmware V11.5.0-38 via using R4i card, Sky3DS+ and 3DS CFW three different ways? Then we’ll be giving you step by step guide in the following article, and please read on.

To begin with, what you should know ?
1. Are you really on the latest 3ds firmware V11.5.0-38 ?
To make sure, please click on the “System Settings” icon in the Home menu and open it. Then you can see clearly the firmware of your Nintendo 3DS/2DS console at the lower right corner of the upper screen.

2. How to update your 2DS/3DS console to V11.5.0-38 ?
Open “System Settings”→ Select “Other Settings” → Scroll to the 4th page and Select/Click “System Update” → after a couple of minutes, your 3DS console will be updated to the latest V11.5.0-38.

3. The best ways to hack 2DS XL/3DS/3DS XL v11.5.0 ?
R4i 3DS:
R4i/ R4i 3DS cards are designed to hack 2DS XL/3DS/3DS XL to play free NDS games. They are featured with cheap price, easy setup, safe usage, multiple functions and long-time history. If you want simply play nds games and also use some homebrews on 2DS XL/(New)3DS/3DS XL V11.5.0, we would recommend the R4i card hack.

Sky3DS+(also called Sky3DS plus):
Sky3DS+ cracks 3DS XL/N3DS/O3DS to play free 3ds games. It can fully support all 3DS firmwares, all 3ds card roms and every 2DS/3DS XL/N3DS/O3DS consoles – these are its most advantageous features over other flashcards in the market. Maybe the price of Sky3DS+ is not cheap, but with this one card you can play as many 3ds game roms as you want. So if you are looking for a reliable card to hack 3DS XL/N3DS/O3DS for playing unlimited free Nintendo 3DS games, then we will highly recommend this Sky3DS+ to you. Also compared to 3DS CFW, Sky3DS+ hacking is obviously a much safer, much easier and faster way!

3DS CFW is also working on the latest 3ds v11.5.0, supporting all New 2ds, New 3ds and original 3ds and 2ds machines. This hack is totally free, you can get very detailed instruction from this site. But compared with flashcarts, the latter should be your first choice, because not everyone can install CFW successfully & safely to 3ds family console. On one hand, it’s very complicated, and on the other, you need much time to deal with it and enough knowledge about the 3ds.

R4i 3DS hacking guide for 2DS XL/3DS/N3DS V11.5
First of all, you need to select one R4i 3ds card out of so many similar flashcards. The most popular ones are as follows, and among them all R4i SDHC 3DS RTS is the best. Why ? The reasons are on the following aspects:

Compared with R4i Gold 3DS, it’s much cheaper and yet with better functions;
Compared with R4i SDHC 2017, R4i SDHC 3DS RTS supports more features, such as WiFi engine download and more advanced RTS functions like 4 real time save files, which bring the users more convenience and flexibility;
Compared with R4i Gold Pro, R4i SDHC 3DS RTS is more popular and more widely used around the world.

Guide for playing free NDS games with R4i SDHC 3DS RTS on 2DS XL/3DS/N3DS V11.5

Format a MicroSD/SDHC card as FAT32.
Download the newest kernel from the official site:

Put several downloaded NDS roms on the root of the MicroSD card too.
Put the MicroSD card into the R4i SDHC 3DS RTS and then insert into your DS/DSL/DSi/3DS/3DS XL/2DS console.
Done! Enjoy your games!

2DS XL/3DS/N3DS V11.5 hacking guide with SKY3DS+
Sky3DS+ is pretty easy to use just as R4i card – you just need to download, plug and then play. One thing you should pay attention to is that you should update the Sky3DS+ card to the latest firmware V140 and use the SkyDock (offered with Sky3DS+ for free) to get your own private header if you want to play online safely.

Prepare a high-quality MicroSD/SDHC card. Connect the microSD card to your PC with USB reader. Format the MicroSD card as FAT32 for Sky3DS+.
Download the latest Sky3ds+ firmware from Unzip the file and get the firmware.bin.
Drag the firmware.bin to the root of the empty microSD card, insert the microSD card into Sky3DS+, then connect your PC and sky3DS+ with a USB cable(come with). The LED red light will turn on for about 10 seconds, then turn to the green light and keep flashing around 5 seconds. Once the light turn off, it means the Sky3DS+ has been updated successfully, and please delete the “firmware.bin” file from the microSD card. .
Download several 3ds games from online sites, usually in zip files. So you need to extract them with WINRAR or 7ZIP tool. Unzip them, you’ll get the game files in “.3ds” format.
Copy and paste the 3ds roms onto the root directory of the microSD card(Never in a folder, otherwide Sky3DS+ Can’t recognize them ).
Insert MicroSD(TF) card into Sky3DS+ and then put Sky3DS+ card to your 3DS console. Power on the console to enjoy playing free 3ds games. You could switch between the games freely by pressing one of the orange buttons.

3DS CFW: O3DS/2DS XL/N3DS V11.5 hacking guide
Exactly speaking, 3DS CFW is the 3DS custom firmare. If you have already been determined to choose the most complicated and time-consuming risky hacking way, then it’s necessary for you to know the following aspects before you start off to install it.

Tutorial Click Here:

Before beginning the guide, you must know the risks of 3DS hacking: EVERY time you modify your system, there is always the potential for an UNRECOVERABLE brick. They’re rare, but still a possibility so make sure you follow ALL directions EXACTLY.
If you have already hacked your 3DS before to get an EmuNAND setup, and would like to move the contents of your previous EmuNAND to your new SysNAND CFW, you should follow all instructions and restore your existing EmuNAND when prompted once you reach Finalizing Setup.
This guide will work on New 3DS, Old 3DS, New 2DS, and Old 2DS in all regions on firmware 11.5.0 or below.
If everything goes according to plan, you will lose no data and end up with everything that you started with (games, NNID, saves, etc will be preserved).
Keep your device plugged in and charged throughout the entire process to avoid data loss or damage from an unexpected power-off!
Your SD card should be MBR, not GPT (the SD card that comes with your device will be MBR by default).
If you need to format a brand new SD card, you can use guiformat and set to an Allocation Unit Size of 32K.
The 2DS is essentially identical to the Old 3DS in terms of software, and that any steps which say “Old 3DS” also apply to 2DS.

The Reasons Why You Should Have a 3DS Instead of Only a Phone to Play Pokemon Games

The Reasons Why You Should Have a 3DS Instead of Only a Phone to Play Pokemon Games

Though you can use Smartphone to play the Pokemon GO game, it’s however not the best device to play many other Pokemon games. Nintendo 3DS is a lot better for playing Pokemon releases, especially due to the fact that there are currently so many fantastic Pokemon 3ds games, such as Pokemon X & Y, Alpha Sapphire & Omega Ruby and the upcoming Pokemon Sun & Moon. Following are the reasons to help you get a better understanding.

Reasons to play Pokemon games on 3DS rather than on the Phone

Playing Pokemon games on phone dry out the battery so soon. When you use phone to play Pokemon Go, around 2 to 3 hours, its battery will dry out completely then you have to stop the game because battery life matters much more. But New 3DS XL has a longer using time, it can last up to 6 hours.
Playing a single Pokemon game on phone. Only Pokemon Go can be played on a mobile phone now. But for 3DS handheld system, you have a lot of Pokemon 3ds games to play. More game options for you.
Playing and keeping Pokemon Go loaded up all the time on a phone like a scanner is annoying. But the 3ds games are quick, bite-sized, and we can shut the lid after.
By playing Pokemon game on phone you only get limited Pokemons. But the 3DS is basically a Pokemon Museum. All the old games going back to Red, Blue and Yellow, plus X and Y and the upcoming Sun and Moon. Pokemon Picross. Pokemon Shuffle. Pokemon Art Academy. Pokemon Rumble.

Why Nintendo 3DS is the best platform for Pokemon Games?

You can play all Pokemon releases in only one card.Yes, Sky3ds+ card hacks All Pokemon Games to play within one flashcart. Just get one Sky3ds+ and you can download & play every Pokemon 3DS Game on 3DS/NEW 3DS/2DS consoles. Plus, these games are totally free to play, since they are downloaded from the internet.
You can play weird AR games on it. Do you remember Face Raiders? You hold the system up, spin, and shoot weird spaceships with your face plastered on them. That, and a series of augmented-reality mini-golf and desktop games that use AR cards that come with the 3DS, offer some interactive thrills that aren’t exactly the same as throwing a ball at a Snorlax in a park.
You can play old NES games on it! Maybe this is why that NES micro-console news didn’t thrill us. Nintendo’s been pumping out “virtual console” games for years. NES, Game Boy, Game Gear (and, SNES if you have a “new” 3DS) are available to play. Plus, Sega 3D Classics, which are some of the best arcade ports ever made on a handheld.
Nintendo 3DS is mobile too. It’s not a phone, but the 3DS fits in your bag, your pocket. I fetishized Nintendo’s old Game & Watch systems as a kid in summer camp, and the 3DS is the perfect iteration of that retro world.
It’s social…kind of. The 3DS developed a clever spin on social gaming years before Go. StreetPass finds other 3DS systems and trades Mii info, puzzle pieces, and other game extras for a wide variety of supported games. There are still enough people with Nintendo 3DS systems in New York for this to be entertaining once in a while.
You can walk around and earn things. The 3DS has an active play coin-earning system that turns the system into a pedometer when in sleep mode. Those coins can be traded in for things in many games. Nintendo even has a set of StreetPass games that combine those Mii things you meet and activity coins…like a prototype of social gaming.
Which card supports All Pokemon Games on 3DS ?

Undoubtedly, it’s the SKY3DS+ flashcard, a Nintendo 3ds game retail emulating card. Sky3ds+ looks just like a 3ds retail game card, and works on 3DS console via inserting it into the 3DS slot. You don’t need to softmod or hardmod the 3DS, Sky3ds+ is playing Free 3DS Games directly without any modify.

How to play Pokemon Go/Alpha Sapphire in the right way?

How to play Pokemon Go/Alpha Sapphire in the right way?

Can Pokemon Go be played on 3DS ? Can Pokemon Alpha Sapphire be played on Nintendo 3DS for free ? Follow this article and you will find the answers.

Pokemon Go: can it be played on Nintendo 3DS ?

No, this game can not be played on Nintendo 3DS or other Nintendo handhelds. Pokemon Go is a mobile exclusive game and available for downloading/playing for Android and iOS smartphones users. Why is this game released by Nintendo in mobile version but not 3ds version ? There are two main reasons: An enormous user base and super low barriers to entry for players.

Smartphones users are much more than 3DS’s. Having Pokémon GO as a mobile game extends the potential reach of the game because not all Pokémon fans have upgraded to the latest Nintendo handheld console, which also means the game could attract new potential fans to the game and the Pokémon franchise.
Mobiles have in-built internet connection capability and also a GPS which the game will use to find nearby Pokémon, to battle against other players and also to trade with other players. It’s doubtful that Pokémon GO would ever be ported to 3DS or any other current Nintendo consoles because these consoles lack the features that the game needs.
A smartphone is smaller and easier to carry than a 3DS and not even hardcore 3DS gamers carry the console with them at all times. Pokémon GO interacts with the environment and enables players to catch ‘real’ Pokémon they’ve found while wandering around the real world; having this mechanic on a smartphone makes more sense as we carry a smartphone with us at all times as part of daily life.

Can Pokemon Alpha Sapphire be played on Nintendo 3DS for free ?
Yes ! Pokemon Alpha Sapphire and other Pokemon 3ds releases can be hacked by 3ds flashcard to be played with no charge. No Pokemon Alpha Sapphire retail game card is needed, what you need is just a free downloaded Alpha Sapphire rom, a Microsd card and a SKY3DS/SKY3DS+ card. Then you can play All Pokemon 3DS Games on Nintendo 3DS/NEW 3DS/2DS consoles.

What you need

Alpha Sapphire 3ds rom: It is free to download on the internet.
Microsd card: The Microsd card is used to save multiple 3ds roms, so you can not only download Pokemon Alpha Sapphire but other 3ds games to play. The recommended size is 32GB, and the best brand should be Sandisk and the SD class should be Class 10.
SKY3DS/SKY3DS+: It is the 3ds game hacking card supporting 3DS Games on Nintendo 3DS/NEW 3DS/2DS handheld systems. They are the 3ds flashcards which you can use on All 3DS firmwares and regions to play Multiple Free 3DS Games. SKY3DS/SKY3DS+ hacks the 3DS System to play 3DS Roms or 3DS Game Backups. With SKY3DS/SKY3DS+, you can play Pokemon Alpha Sapphire, Omega Ruby, Art Academy, Pokémon X &Y and nearly all other 3ds games in only one cartridge. So there is no need to pay again and again to buy 3ds retail game cards and change 3ds game cards one by one troublesomely when playing 3DS Games. SKY3DS and SKY3DS+ are best choice to play Hundreds of 3DS Games.

Pokémon Sun and Moon: What We Know So Far

Pokémon Sun and Moon: What We Know So Far

Pokémon Sun and Moon is going to be released in late November of 2016 for Nintendo 3DS consoles. It may be a very exciting thing for Pokémon fans. So if you want to play this 3ds game after its rom is available online, how to make it possible ? In this case, a SKY3DS+ card will enable you to play Pokémon Sun and Moon and many other 3DS roms for free.

6 New Critters Revealed and Described by Game Freak
In a tweet, the official Pokémon account revealed that Pokémon Sun and Moon would be ‘the next era of Pokémon games’, meaning that we are entering Generation VII rather than a continuation of Pokémon X&Y. In short: Pokémon Sun and Moon will have scores of new Pokémon to catch. The developer Game Freak has just revealed six of the new Pokémon that will appear in the game, including one who’s ability is to ‘wimp out’ and another who dresses up like Pikachu. Here are the new critters as described by Game Freak.

Type: Bug/Water
Wimpod is the Turn Tail Pokémon. This Pokémon is a cowardly scavenger that eats or stores anything that’s been dropped in the sea, meaning it is highly valued across the Alola region as a cleaner of the sea. Wimpod has the new Ability Wimp Out which causes this Pokémon to run away or swap out for another Pokémon when its HP drops below half in battle.

Type: Grass
Bounsweet is the Fruit Pokémon which gives off a delicious aroma. This aroma has a calming effect on humans, so many people across Alola let them live inside their homes as an air freshener.

Type: Fairy
The Posey Picker Pokémon Comfey picks flowers which it carries around with it. Comfey uses its soothing aroma to help treat people and Pokémon at Pokémon Centers and hospitals.

Type: Ground
Mudslade is the Draft Horse Pokémon with incredible power and stamina. Its legs are coated in a protective mud and its kick can destroy a car in a single blow. Mudsdale has the Ability Stamina, a new Ability which raises a Pokémon’s Defense by one when hit by an attack.

Type: Normal/Fighting
Bewear is the Strong Arm Pokémon that must never be approached carelessly. With its strong and highly developed arms and legs, Bewear loves to give crushing bear hugs that will split anything in two.

Type: Ghost/Fairy
As the Disguised Pokémon, Mimikyu lives its life constantly covered by its cloth. Mimikyu’s Disguise Ability allows it to escape danger from an enemy’s attack once, then its appearance changes.

Pokémon caught in the virtual console releases of Red, Blue and Yellow will be compatible

You have long been able to transfer your captured Pokémon from one game and generation to the next using the online Pokémon Bank and Pokémon Storage Systems. However, until now Nintendo hadn’t figured out how to move Generation I characters over from the Game Boy. But with the recently release of Red, Blue and Yellow onto their Virtual Console service, meaning you can download the series origins onto your 3DS, you will be able to transfer Pokémon you catch to Sun and Moon. So you’ll finally be able to use that original Mewtwo in a new generation… if you catch it on the virtual console first.

Sun and Moon will be the first Pokémon to release in localised Chinese

Some viewers of the Sun and Moon reveal expressed surprise at the celebration of localisation: ‘Available in nine languages!’. But along with the usual Japanese, English, French, Italian, German, Spanish and Korean, Sun and Moon will be released in traditional and simplified Chinese on the same day for the first time in the series’ history. This is more significant than it may first appear, as the lucrative Chinese video games market is now available to Nintendo since the country lifted a ban on gaming consoles in July 2015. Tapping into that market for the first time could be a real boon for Nintendo’s business and Pokémon Sun and Moon would be suitably tantalising start.

Nintendo Entertainment System: NES Classic Edition Coming This November, Containing 30 Built-in Games

Nintendo Entertainment System: NES Classic Edition Coming This November, Containing 30 Built-in Games

During recent years, we’ve seen a proliferation of “clone” systems which replicate the performance of vintage hardware. The Retron 5 and Retro Freak are perhaps the two most notable examples, but it would seem that Nintendo itself has finally woken up to the potential of reselling its classic systems in new guises.

Today it has shocked the retro gaming community by announcing the Nintendo Entertainment System: NES Classic Edition (Nintendo Classic Mini: Nintendo Entertainment System in Europe), a “new” version of its legendary NES hardware which will cost $59.99 in the US.

It connects to your TV via HDMI and even comes with that classic NES pad, which can also be used with your Wii or Wii U. You can also use a Classic Controller or Classic Controller Pro on the system for two-player action, but the new NES pad will be sold separately for $9.99 as well – just in case you like consistency.

Sadly you can’t use your original NES carts with the console – something even the most basic “Famiclone” offers – and there doesn’t seem to be any means of getting new games onto it. Also, according to the official PR, there’s no power supply in the box with the European version – you get the USB cable but you’ll need to source a USB power block, which shouldn’t be an issue as most mobile phones come with them.

Here’s what Nintendo of America President and COO Reggie Fils-Aime had to say:

We wanted to give fans of all ages the opportunity to revisit Nintendo’s original system and rediscover why they fell in love with Nintendo in the first place. The Nintendo Entertainment System: NES Classic Edition is ideal for anyone who remembers playing the NES, or who wants to pass on those nostalgic memories to the next generation of gamers.

The console arrives on the 11th November and will come with 30 pre-loaded titles:

Balloon Fight
Castlevania II: Simon’s Quest
Donkey Kong
Donkey Kong Jr.
Dr. Mario
Ice Climber
Kid Icarus
Kirby’s Adventure
Mario Bros.
Punch-Out!! Featuring Mr. Dream
Super Mario Bros.
Super Mario Bros. 2
Super Mario Bros. 3
The Legend of Zelda
Zelda II: The Adventure of Link
Are you excited about this ‘new retro’ addition to the Nintendo hardware family?

Pokemon Go|Go out to catch the Pokemons in Real Life!

It’s great news for Pokemon fans that now in real life you can capture, battle, train, and trade virtual Pokémon with the help of the Hottest Mobile Game-Pokemon Go. This game, developed by Nintendo, the Pokémon Company and Niantic, has been already released in the United States, Australia and New Zealand. How to install Pokemon Go on iPhone?
You can now download Pokemon GO for IOS officially from the App Store. Though Pokémon Go is available on the App Store, if it’s not available in your country please follow the following instructions on how to download and install it.

First of all, you’ll need to make your iPhone believe you’re in a region that downloading Pokémon Go is possible. Open up Settings on your iPhone, tap on ‘Apple ID’ and select to sign out.
Now go back into Settings and select General > Language & Region. Set your region as US, New Zealand or Australia – all of these regions can download Pokémon Go.
Now open up the App Sotre. Search for Pokémon Go and it should appear. If it doesn’t choose a free app to download and select ‘Create new Apple ID’.
Go through the process of creating an Apple ID and select ‘None’ in the Billing menu and add a US, New Zealand or Australian address. Google can come in handy here if you need to search for an address.
Now you can download and install Pokémon Go onto your iPhone or iPad. Once Pokémon Go is released in your region you can sign back in with your Apple ID – though you may need to reinstall Pokémon Go.
Luckily your data is saved to the cloud, so you’ll be able to play Pokémon Go where you left off.

When will Pokemon Go be released in Canada/UK/Mexico/ France and so on ?
For the time being, Pokemon Go is only available in the US, Australia and New Zealand, leaving a pretty vast swath of the world Pokemon-less. There’s little information on the worldwide release at the moment: the initial press release just said that Pokemon GO would be “coming soon” to Canada, Europe and South America, and that’s all the company has said by far.

Pokemon Go Review

Slashgear writes: “This game is fantastic. Not in the same way a visually spectacular game like Fallout 4 or DOOM are fantastic, but in a new way. A way that’s not like any game I’ve played before. Pokemon GO is a real game-changer.”

Digital Spy was les complimentary, stating: “We can’t get away from the fact catching a Pokemon with the real-world surroundings behind it felt awesome – especially as someone who’s been playing Pokemon games for 20 years. Hopefully when the game launches in full, there’ll be more Pokemon, more trainers and more notifications. Otherwise it’s going to take us a very long time to become a Pokemon master.”

On the whole first impressions are very good, with some applauding the game for encouraging them to get up and walk around to find Pokémon, but others voicing their concerns about the idea of encouraging children to wander off.

IGN writes: “I definitely agree that this game promotes exploration, but I’m curious to see what that means for a game that’s primarily aimed at kids. And don’t get me wrong; I don’t mean that in a pejorative way. I’m an adult (kind of) and will pour dozens of hours into this game. But for kids, it’s a very different proposition to wander into new areas to try to take down a Gym or catch a Pokemon that popped up at the edge of the map a few streets over. For that matter, even for adults, wandering around with your phone out and exploring streets you’ve never been on can lead to all sorts of problems.”
